Good video but the hypothalamus releases thyroid releasing hormone not thyroid stimulating hormone. The hypothalamus releases TRH which acts on the pituitary to release TSH.

@delioromeu High TSH = Underactive Thyroid / Hypothroidism which means your thyroid is not doing it's job to produce enough T3 and T4 hormones.... Low TSH = Overactive Thyroid / Hyperthroedism is the opposite and the the thyroid is producing too much T3 and T4 hormones, possibly due to disease, or taking too high a dose of thyroid hormone replacement drugs.
